Job Summary:

Your expertise in AV technologies and your ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues will be vital to our success in delivering top-notch AV solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand AV requirements, objectives, and constraints for each project.
2. Design and engineer audio-visual systems, including conference rooms, boardrooms, digital signage, and presentation spaces, tailored to meet specific client needs and industry standards.
3. Develop detailed AV system diagrams, equipment lists, and technical documentation for each project.
4. Install and configure AV equipment, such as projectors, displays, audio systems, video conferencing systems, control systems, and networking components.
5. Conduct comprehensive testing and quality assurance to ensure that AV systems are fully functional, reliable, and user-friendly.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AV systems, both remotely and on-site, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum system uptime.

2. Proven experience as an AV Engineer, Audio-Visual Technician, or a similar role, with a strong background in designing and implementing AV systems.
3. In-depth knowledge of audio-visual technologies, including audio processing, video compression, displays, video conferencing systems, control systems, and networking protocols.
4. Proficiency in AV system design software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Crestron, AMX, Biamp, Extron).
5. Familiarity with AV-related standards, such as HDMI, HDBaseT, Dante, and AES67.
6. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for identifying and resolving technical issues.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
8. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.
9. Willingness to travel to client sites for project installations and support, as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Industry certifications in AV technologies, such as AVIXA CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) or similar.

3. Knowledge of IT networking principles and configurations related to AV systems.
